My Daughters won 1st and 3rd Place

My wife had our kids to enter a contest on safety. My oldest daughter won first place and my youngest daughter won 3rd place. I can't take the credit for these magnificent shots. My lovely wife took these. My son just sat there with his lip poked out. He put together something...the problem was no one could figure it out. He didn't know anything about the prizes. Maybe things would've been different for him.

Shelby, my 4yr. old drew the second photo. She has a wonderful imagination. She draws pictures for me every night. She has her daddy's creativity. Charlsie, my 13yr. old did the top one. She is also very creative...she loves to take pictures. I'll start posting some of her work. Timothy, my 7yr. old loves that doggone Xbox and his Wii. I have no idea what his interest are. He's all over the place.

No more PC...I'm a Mac Man now!!

Ok...I now can officially call myself an Apple Man!!  No no no...not apple head...an Apple Man!!! I have the iPhone 3G 16gig (White) and the new Macbook Pro Notebook.  I'm still learning how to use it but that's where my good friend Morgan comes in.  She's had hers longer than I have so she'll be showing me a few things I'm sure...right Morgan?

(Ebony & Ivory) Shelby & Scarlett

My daughter asked me to chaperone her field trip to the Riverview Plaza Hotel.  Her class had to perform a couple of Christmas songs in front of a large group of people.  I quickly made some cancellations and said "I'm there sweetie"!  They grow up quick.  I try to take advantage of these opportunities.  Soon she'll be saying "I don't want you to go Dad"!

I also had the pleasure of meeting, for the first time, Scarlett.  Scarlett is a unique individual.  She loves attention.  I mean lots of attention!!  Well, Shelby didn't take to kindly to that.  She wasn't use to other girls hugging and holding hands with her father.  I had to share the attention yet show Shelby she will always be Daddy's little girl.

We had a wonderful time.  Scarlett and Shelby were two little hoots.  They acted as though they have been friends for years and they just met this school term.

Here are a few photos.

Aunt Esther...I'm sorry...

I told my Aunt a few days ago I would put more picts on my blog and I haven't done it yet.  I'm sorry Auntie.  I'm hopping on it.

Love Ya!!

Esther Gales...The best program designer this side of the Mississippi!!  If you're having an event and need flyers, programs, business cards...she's the one to design them for you!!

Send a link to me and I'll make sure she gets it.

But let me make good on my promise for now.  Here is a shot I took preparing lunch for my daughter.  My father sent us a toaster that will toast tigger and pooh on the bread.  I almost didn't want to eat it was so cute.  I took this with my iPhone.

Downtown Mobile and The Battle Ship

My family and I were out when I saw this shot. I love the colors. Tell me what you think.

Cute couple enjoying life

I was out with the family this time taking pictures when I saw this couple walk up. They walked out onto the dock and I couldn't resist this shot.
I gave them my card...hopefully they'll come on here and see this shot. I like it.

Mobile, Alabama from my perspective

Have you ever felt like there was something you just had to do? What about this...Have you ever had an idea about something and forgot to write it down and couldn't remember it later. If you have never...then you're not human.

I had just just gotten off of work one night when I'd decided to drive around Mobile. I originally went looking at picture frames when I looked up in the sky and there wasn't a cloud in site. The temp was 74 degrees. There was a slight breeze coming up from the gulf. The night was beautiful...I had to pull out old faithful and get some shots of Mobile.

I drove for a while until I found the perfect spot. Now, the exact location is my little secret. "I know something I won't tell, I won't tell, I won't tell!" How many of you remember that from our cartoon days?

I love this shot...I hope you enjoy it too.

She's growing and I can't slow her down!

Wow, my little girl is now "officially" a little lady. Today is her 13th birthday. She is so beautiful. God showed up the day she was born and showed out. This was one blessing I was definitely ready and willing to receive.

Adrienne and I missed our college homecoming today. Why you ask? How often do you turn 13? Our daughter deserved our attention this weekend. So we're giving it to her with no regrets.

Here are a few shots we took a few days ago. I wanted to give another update on her recovery. For those of you that don't know, she had spinal surgery 2 months ago. Looking at her now, you would never have known.

Congratulations sweetheart!! Always remember, Daddy loves you...a lot!!! Mom loves you too...lol. She looks so happy.

1 point 3 million dollar home

My reporter and I were "Covering our Story" (wink wink) when we ran upon some homes for sale. We were invited in and they treated us like royalty. The ladies were so nice...especially Skeeter Diehl with LLB&B, Inc. Real Estate. She was the realtor. The only shot I have of her listing is the stair case. It was beautiful also but I didn't know at the time I could take pictures...I called myself sneaking a shot to show my wife. The home below was also a listing but was a few blocks away. 1.3 million +.

These shots I took with my "IPHONE"!!! Everyone knows that if you haven't bought an IPHONE, you may as well be using a can and some string. (laughing) Aren't these shots cool. Shots 3 & 4 that look like the living room, are actually the master BR. It kind of favors my room...right! The homes were incredible and now were working on establishing a relationship so TLJ can photograph all of their listings. LET'S DO IT!!!

The Porters

I'm 39 yrs. old. What do I look like running around, acting like I'm 15 again. That's just silly!! At least that's what I thought and I'm sure a lot of you think the same thing...except Shaun & Lawrence.

We had so much fun on this photo shoot. It had been put off for I don't know how long. Our schedules for some reason could never match. I blame it all on Shawn...she agreed or did she disagree? I think she said, and I quote, "Tim, you are always right." It was something like that...anyway...They all came out to the Botanical Gardens. We had a ball!! The kids (Melonye, Caton & Omari) were wonderful. I'm so proud of her, she has grown up to be a beautiful young lady and has found her soul mate. Doesn't it show in the picts? She is so blessed.

Enjoy...
