Life Changing Experience

Today is "FATHERS DAY"!!! My kids showered me with gifts and hugs this morning. My oldest daughter prepared breakfast for daddy. Momma said she has a special gift for me little later...hhmmmmm? I think she's taking me do dinner...Laughing!!

Ross Oscar Knight...you are definitely one of my heroes. Ross put on a workshop...Business of Photography in Atlanta that was mind blowing. I always thought that I was doing pretty good with my business. I came to the realization that my business is not only on the wrong train, it's on the wrong track.

We learned about finances, advertising, marketing/branding, websites, workflow, pricing, product lines, business plans............ And that still wasn't all.

I have more to say but I have to leave for Church now. I'll post again later.

BTW...I know you you're seeing this Ross. (inside joke)

Tamyko's Bridal & Beach Photos

Tamyko told me she wanted to take some pictures in her wedding dress on the beach. I thought that would be pretty cool. Then she said that she wanted to be in the water...I then raised an eyebrow and said "hmmmm, interesting." For the photos in the water she's wearing a second dress. They're both beautiful dresses. I'd always wanted to photograph like this.

We had a "BLAST" taking these photos. I really hope you all enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them. Thanks Tamyko!!! Looking forward to the wedding.

I HAVE TO CONTINUE TO BELIEVE IN ME

I'm at a point in my life where the decisions I make are critical. They affect a lot of people.

Every year we take the kids on vacation some where out of state. They just love the long ride or flight. Adrienne and I love the surprise look on their faces when we make it to our destinations. We keep them in the dark 0n what we're doing. We'll ask them throughout the year what they would like to do or where they would like to go. We'll take their ideas and do what we have to do to make up a nice family vacation. The kids are now out of school and for the first time, we don't have anything planned. I can't continue to allow man to tell me what God has for me isn't for me. Man's world may be in a recession but God's world isn't and I'm associating myself with God's world.

Soon, I'll be attending a photography business seminar that I believe will be an incredible blessing that will change my life. I'm so looking forward to attending it.
